We had the opportunity to do the roofing and siding for lovely community in Fort Mill.

HUNTERSVILLE

On this particular job in Huntersville, we did the roof, boxing, and siding. The end product ended out looking great and the neighborhood sold out quickly.

This is a beautiful David Simonini custom home that we did the roof, boxing, and exterior trim for in the coveted Seven Eagles neighborhood

APARTMENT COMPLEX

This is a townhome development in Pineville that we once again did the roofing, siding and boxing for. This development was a new concept for the town of Pineville.

This is a Semi-Custom home that we did the roofing and boxing for in Charlotte. A nice architectural style and look to it.

CHARLOTTE AREA HOME

A Charlotte area home where we were awarded the Roofing and Boxing work. Certified installation gave the homeowners an extended warranty on their roof system.

SOUTH CHARLOTTE - COURANCE

Courance is a French inspired custom home development built by David Simonini Custom Homes. We did the Roofs, Boxing, and all exterior trim work. This neighborhood won Neighborhood of the year and the builder won the Builder of the Year Award.

CARILLON ASSISTED LIVING

Carillon is an Assisted living facility we did the roofing and siding for that's located in Durham NC. Beautifully designed and turned out looking great.

CITYSCAPE TOWNHOMES

Cityscapes Townhomes is a community located just outside center city Charlotte. All of the roofing and siding for this project was done by Capsigna Exteriors.
